Cinquetta Williams

COO

Cinquetta Williams is a native of Washington DC and attended Applied Career Training and The University of District of Columbia. She received her Medical Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant degrees. After working in the medical field for several years, spending the latter end of her career at Transitions Health Care, Mrs. Williams decided to transition into a different career path. She is a community activist and the self-proclaimed community matriarch. Working closely with community members, Man Up and Communities Preservation Development Corporation (CPDC), Mrs. Williams opened up what is now known as Suite 5, a community youth engagement center targeting ages 12-24 through media engagement, music, outreach, resume building, topic discussions and many other resources to equip our youth for the greatness inside of them.

Aligning with her passion for helping the community, Mrs. Williams is currently a Case Manager at Collaborative Solutions for Communities, a DC -based organization committed to helping families and neighborhoods realize a brighter future through engagement and support. She is also the Executive V.P for the Destiny’s Daughters Leadership Institute, LLC, a holistic and therapeutic Christian outreach mentoring program dedicated to the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical training, development and empowerment of young women and girls.

Mrs. Williams also has a passion for cooking, which is the driving force behind Homemade Love, a catering service she started in 2017 after having spinal surgery in 2016 and not be able to feel or use her hands. Feeding over one hundred families with her yearly community Thanksgiving Dinners, she is blazing a trail of love, life, empowerment, and light to change the world heart by heart. Trail blazer isn’t the only hat that she wears. She is a mother of five and known as “Ma” to many others. A loving wife to her husband and a loyal friend to many. “Be the change you want to see”...Cinquetta is doing just that!
